Guess who turned 40?!

No real surprise here.. I mean it's clear it's me, right?

Just thought I'd update you all on how my first day of being 40 went. First, I was awake at 5am, for no good reason other than, I suppose I was slightly concerned about the weather, considering I was spending my birthday on a boat! My birthday was awesome, had a great time out on the water with some of my closest friends drinking copious amounts of champagne and eating delicious food! But as they say, what happens on the boat, stays on the boat ;) However, if you haven't seen the video of Nick dancing then hit me up and I'll show you LOL!

Afterwards, we went back to my gorgeous friends' Nick & Ange's for cake and (yes well, more champagne), getting home at a very respectful hour of 9pm (I mean it was a Sunday people!).

After spending a good 12 hours of eating and drinking and being very merry... I was fine! Nick on the other hand was super tired, but me, I could have kicked on for several more hours! Pre-Lem this would have completely undone me... Although I suppose just 3 weeks ago, I packed a 3 bdrm house in 4 days, moved, unpacked a 3bdrm house (over 4 levels) in two days, then flew to Brisbane to hang out with the kids for 3 days before heading home (and finally crashing!) If I can go full throttle for 10 days, you think I would be less surprised that I was able to accomplish a measly 12 hour birthday celebration??!!

Anyway, I'm back doing what I do.. feeling as young as I did when I was 30 and looking forward to my forties (and beyond) being MS free and full of life & joy!
