Month 5

Well the last month has been fairly uneventful. I've been experiencing fatigue a bit more this month, more so than previous months. But based on what I've read of other people's experiences this was to be expected. I've just had to make sure I rest more than normal... which considering I've been pretty lucky for the 4months prior and I've had a hectic month of work, it's nothing surprising really.

My month 5 bloods & urine happened without incidence. My WBC and lymphocytes have increased ever so slightly (I can't remember the exact numbers, once I pick up a copy of them from my dr I'll post them... I know I'm a couple of months behind! sorry!!). But again, all to be expected.

One incidence I am pretty proud of, is going to an awards night with Nick and being able to manage 4hours of being in a loud room, with lots of activity and noise. This would have normally made my feel sick immediately, sometimes even beforehand with the anticipation of what was ahead. But I paced myself throughout the day and managed to head out and **almost** last the distance. I did have to excuse myself at around 9.30pm and head upstairs to our room, as I had a killer migraine at that point. But the fact I got to that point, was a huge feat on my behalf! I did lie down with the intention of getting up after 30mins and heading back down, but I woke up at 11pm with Nick calling, trying to get back into the room, after getting a key to him, I promptly fell back asleep and woke up at 8am the next morning. A sign that I clearly needed the rest.
