White Noise

I saw my neuro today for my 2 months post check up. He is really happy with where I am at and still feels I made the right decision. He did however suggest I didn't go to Italy in a months time. He feels that the international 20hr flight and the germs present on the plane, my immune system wouldn't be able to handle it. So it looks like I won't be travelling overseas for at least 6 months - based on his recommendation.

He also said that I was very brave taking on this treatment. I understand what he means, as it certainly was not for the faint hearted!

I then told him about all the little symptoms I have been experiencing and he made a great analogy. He said, this is all white noise. My job

is to look through the white noise and respond whenever there is a spike in the signal. For example, I am currently experiencing blurry eyesight in my right eye. It's just holding steady and not getting worse.. this is white noise.. If however I wake up one morning with loss of vision, this would be considered a spike in the signal and would therefore be a MS symptom that I would need to take note of.

So here goes to ignoring the white noise and living my life.
