Day 1 Part 1

Well the day has finally arrived, the one I have been waiting for. I start the process in becoming a Lemmie! So far it has been rather uneventful. Here is a run down:
9.00am - arrive at St George Private
9.15am - fill in paperwork
9.30am - Cannula gets put in - no drama here. Justin got it in first time with only a little sting. The man is a genius! Started my twice a day antivirals (which I will continue for 3 months)
9.47am - Start methyl pred - 1hr long: side effects: jittery and cold: nothing I can't handle!
10.57am - Start Lemtrada - 4hrs long: side effects: a slight headache in the first 30mins.
The rest of the day was a haze of exhaustion and a headache, which I felt that paracetamol didn't not touch the sides of. What I do remember was having a weird dream of men that morphed into belly flopping, tidal causing crocodiles... probably best I leave that there, before I am committed.
